KEY LIME PIE MARTINI

This is a fantastic martini receipe. Great for a girl's night! Try it!

1 1/4 oz of vanilla vodka

3/4 oz of Licor 43

a good splash of lime juice

3/4 oz of half and half

Put ice in shaker, add above ingredients, shake well, strain into a pretty hand painted martini or wine glass.

Substitute a small scoop of ice cream for half and half and blend ingredients in blender for a frozen treat.

Licor 43 is a cordial made of 43 ingredients including citrus, and should be available at your liquor or package store. It is pricey, but you and your friends are worth it.
